Cavagna reveals managerial changes

The Cavagna Group has announced the promotion of Richard J. Darche to the position of President of Cavagna North America, having previously held a number of senior management roles within the group.

Group President and CEO Davide Cavagna revealed the appointment in a statement released by the group, which also declared the promotion of David S. Ellis to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Darche has over 35 years of experience in the LPG appliance and equipment business and having joined Cavagna in 1987, has held various management positions and most recently served as the firms vice president and general manager.

Commenting on the changes, President and CEO Cavagna explained, “Mr Darche and Mr Ellis have both demonstrated significant contributions to the growth of our North American business. Their high energy approach and comprehensive knowledge of the markets that we serve have resulted in the continued expansion of our footprint in the United States and Canada. Their cooperation and deliberate approach to our strategies will help us to continue our successful growth both now and in the future.”
